Situated in a quiet neighborhood, (front entrance and not entire house) and located 3 minutes WALKING distance to major amenities such as supermarket, laundromat, liquor store, gym, restaurants, 1 block to nearest bus stop, and 3-5 minute drive to Royal Oak Skytrain Station, Metrotown Mall (largest mall in BC), Crystal Mall (Asian mall with cheap eats), coffee shops, and golf course. The space: Queen sized bed, room is fully sanitized with disinfectants. I am a germaphobe...
