Situated in a quiet neighborhood, (front entrance and not entire house) and located 3 minutes WALKING distance to major amenities such as supermarket, laundromat, liquor store, gym, restaurants, 1 block to nearest bus stop, and 3-5 minute drive to Royal Oak Skytrain Station, Metrotown Mall (largest mall in BC), Crystal Mall (Asian mall with cheap eats), coffee shops, and golf course. The space Room has the best view in then entire house hands down. My personal favourite room. Can be slightly drafty in colder weather, but there's a portable heater that is super quiet. Newly listed. Guest access Room is private. Washrooms, kitchen, living room/dining room are shared common area. Other details to note There is a piano and guitar on premise.
